 Learn to make fresh pasta properly 

 

I harped on for years about getting a pasta maker in order to make fresh pasta however have only used this once at the time of writing. The pasta came out very pasty and did not look at all like the picture above. IT was also a little thick. Planning on getting better at this and then making better quality pasta that doesn't look bleached.
