 15. Run a half Marathon 


This seems an obvious choice as many people choose to run longer distance as a way of keeping fit. In the thirty before thirty list I had, the plan was to run a full marathon. However given constant issues with my calves, I feel that this is more achievable and I'm more likely to accomplish it. If there was a chance I could guarantee an injury free training programme I'd aim for a marathon. 

15th June 2023 - I bit the bullet and went for the early bird on the Edinburgh half marathon for 2024. I'll have a look at some training plans and start to run more regularly.
