2024 is here. Reflections on some of the challenges.

After a 2023 which would leave some soap opera writers feeling they had 'done too much' 2024 arrives with hope of more positive times. Several of the 50 list is ticking over and well ahead of schedule. With the hope of a drama free 2024 comes with the hope of catching up some of the ones who have fallen behind schedule, namely climb all the Munros which is currently a little behind where I'd want it to be. Similarly the three challenges with the musical instruments have not really got off the ground or advanced beyond the challenge being set. 

In a more positive vain, several of the challenges should be completed this year namely the Scotland away game and driving the hovercraft. Also there will be pasta making attempts and see if I can improve on pasty pasta. The ice cream challenge should keep going and see if I can be a bit more elaborate with this see if I can give Ben & Jerry a run for their money. The Mallorca challenge may again switch to another international cycle event as well but we'll see. Hoping to get more of the Scottish climbs done this year as well and back on track with the circumference cycle as I'm a little behind on it.
